Reonomy

Reonomy helps Commercial Real Estate professionals with their analysis, prospecting, and data management workflows. Users have access to a database of 50 million+ properties which they can slice and dice across 100+ data points. Reonomy’s most important feature is the ability to find the true owner of any property and their contact information in seconds (an otherwise difficult and manual task). I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to lead the design of this product from the ground up.

The key to Reonomy’s product success is our dedication to understanding the needs, goals, and attitudes of our diverse user base. I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to lead the full scope of user research planning, implementation, and synthesis preceding the launch of our flagship product and to continue iterating following the launch.

Yext

Yext is a cloud platform that helps businesses manage the public facts about their brands that they want consumers to see online. Businesses use Yext to update the public-facing facts about their brands across a network of maps, apps, search engines, GPS systems, digital assistants, vertical directories, and social networks.

Projects included improving a business location and listings management platform, adding internationalization features, spearheading a persona project to better understand complex user base, and leading the design of a review monitoring product.

IBM Design

IBM Design is focused on fostering and evangelizing user-centric design at IBM.

Projects included contributing to the design of a training UI for IBM Watson, designing a mapping solution for a property insurance liability product, and doing user research for IBM’s DevOps product team.
